All you have to do is add this listing to your cart, leave a description of what you want in the notes section at check out, and complete your order! 
I will contact you with a draft/mock up photo of your requested item, as well as an invoice for the total amount. You may request 2 revisions of that initial draft. 
You will only be charged a $10 upfront fee, or deposit, that will go toward the total cost of your order.
