Having a medically complex child is so difficult, special and rewarding. Making sure they are safe is all I strive for. Creating these tags for children like Madi has been on my to do lists for a long time now. 

Each tag is customized to your child! These are engraved on 3mm birch wood, sealed, and includes a velcro tape strap for easy placement. 

Recommended for car seats, backpacks, strollers, diaper bags, cribs, etc - you can use them virtually anywhere you'd like! 

When purchasing these tags, please send us an e-mail with your order number in the subject line. Include in the email all the information you would like to appear on the tag. Please note, the more information provided, the smaller the text size MAY become - to avoid having it too small we are also offering front and back options. Purchase at your discretion which you think may be appropriate for your child.
